Material, certification, delivery, returns: everything is clearly stated, without excessive promises or ambiguity.
Mulberry silk is sought after for its smooth surface and softer feel. This is the type of material we highlight for our pillowcases, with clear information on the product page (material, size, density/momme depending on the reference).
When the OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 label appears on a model, it corresponds to textile certification according to defined criteria. We only indicate it when it applies to the reference concerned.
Delivery is free under the conditions displayed on the site. If a specific lead time applies to a reference (pre-order, particular size/color), it must be clearly announced before purchase.
You should be able to buy with peace of mind. Our returns policy and its conditions are clearly explained, and our customer service provides straightforward answers (size, color, care, order).
